This Disclaimer explains important limits on the educational information and services provided through Jemshah E-learning. Please read it together with our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.

1. Independent educational platform

Jemshah E-learning is an independent learning and revision platform. Unless a page expressly states otherwise, Jemshah is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or operated by KNEC, CDACC, the Ministry of Education, a TVET institution, college, university or other examining or professional body.

Institutional names, course titles and trademarks are used only to identify the qualifications, subjects or examinations discussed. Official notices must be obtained from the body that issued them.

2. Past papers and ownership

An official examination paper, marking scheme, logo or institutional publication remains the property of its respective rights holder. Jemshah’s original explanations, mock questions, study notes and independent answer guides are separate learning materials. Access to material on this site does not transfer ownership or grant permission for commercial redistribution.

3. Suggested answers are revision guides

Unless expressly identified as an official marking scheme, an answer published by Jemshah is an independent revision guide. In many subjects, more than one answer, calculation, drawing, method or sequence may be acceptable. Marks awarded depend on the current official marking scheme and the examiner’s judgement.

Learners should understand each method, check calculations and consult a qualified trainer or lecturer when a point is unclear.

4. Syllabuses, timetables and current information

We work to keep material useful and accurate, but syllabuses, standards, examination timetables, fees, regulations and institutional instructions can change. Jemshah does not guarantee that every page, answer, date, link or download is complete, error-free or current.

Always verify important academic information against the latest official notice from your institution, KNEC, CDACC or the relevant examining body.

5. No guarantee of results

Using Jemshah does not guarantee a grade, examination result, admission, certification, employment, promotion or professional qualification. Learning outcomes depend on factors including the learner’s preparation, understanding, attendance, assessment requirements and the decisions of independent institutions.

6. Technical, professional and safety information

Electrical, mechanical, construction, agricultural, health, business and other technical content is provided for study. It is not a substitute for current standards, approved drawings, manufacturer instructions, site-specific professional advice, risk assessment, competent supervision or workplace safety procedures.

Do not perform hazardous work, operate machinery, alter an installation or make a health, financial or safety-critical decision solely from an online lesson. Use a qualified professional and the rules that apply to the actual situation.

7. External links, embedded content and applications

Jemshah pages may link to or embed third-party websites, videos, documents, mobile applications and other resources. We do not control those services and cannot guarantee their availability, accuracy, security, accessibility or privacy practices. A link or embed does not mean Jemshah endorses every statement, product or service on the third-party platform.

8. Advertising and commercial messages

Jemshah may display advertising supplied by Google or other advertising partners. Advertising helps support the service. The appearance of an advertisement does not mean that Jemshah has tested, certified or recommended the advertised product or service. Users should verify a seller, price, claim, payment request and return terms before purchasing or sharing personal information.

9. Availability and device compatibility

We aim to keep the website, lessons and downloads available, but access may be interrupted by maintenance, connectivity, security issues, third-party failures or events beyond reasonable control. A document, video or application may not work on every device, browser, data plan or software version.

10. Copyright concerns and takedown requests

We respect intellectual-property rights. If you believe content on Jemshah infringes your rights, email info@jemshah.com with your name and contact details, the exact page URL, identification of the material, the basis of your claim and evidence that you own or may act for the owner. We will review sufficiently detailed, good-faith notices and take appropriate action.

11. Reporting errors

If you find an incorrect answer, broken link, missing page or outdated examination detail, send the exact page and question to info@jemshah.com, use our Contact page, or use the correction link on an eligible lesson. We may revise content after review, but cannot promise that every submitted suggestion will be adopted.

12. Limitation of responsibility

Jemshah provides the service with reasonable care and subject to rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, Jemshah and its contributors are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from reliance on incomplete or outdated information, interruption of access, use of a third-party service, or practical application of educational content without appropriate supervision.

Nothing in this Disclaimer excludes or limits a consumer right, remedy or liability where doing so would be unlawful.
