KNEC Craft Certificate in Sales and Marketing — Module I

Revise KNEC Craft Certificate in Sales and Marketing Module I with five complete theory past-paper lessons from 2023 and 2024. Communication and Information Communication Technology (Theory) are arranged under their examination years, with a separate lesson for each subject and sitting.

Communication revision

How to study

Choose an examination year, open a subject and sitting, and work through its questions independently. Use distinct points for short-answer questions and develop each explanation when the command word requires it. Compare your work with the answers and revisit concepts you found difficult.
